Webinar | Understanding SB 54 (Allen, 2022): What Local Governments Should Know About Implementation, Impacts, and Engagement

On Wednesday, January 28th from 9:30 to 11 AM, CSAC, Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), League of California Cities (Cal Cities), and StopWaste will host a webinar to help local governments better understand SB 54 (Allen, 2022): California’s Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act.  

The webinar will break down the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) law’s key requirements, current implementation and regulatory status, and explore real-world impacts for cities and counties. Participants will also learn how local governments can effectively engage in implementation activities.
