Sustainable Groundwater Management Act

CSAC continues to represent county interests throughout the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) regulatory processes. Staff continue to work with the Administration and participate in efforts to implement ongoing executive, legislative, and regulatory action to address drought preparedness, water conservation, and water supply emergency response.
