Biography
Caitlin Loventhal is the Legislative Analyst in the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources policy area. She supports advocacy efforts on a wide range of environmental issues – including water, wildfire, solid waste and recycling, energy and more – working to analyze policy and fiscal impacts on behalf of counties.
