Biography

Charles Delgado is a Legislative Advocate in the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources policy area. He leads advocacy efforts on a wide range of environmental issues – including water and agriculture – working to shape legislation, regulations, and policy decisions on behalf of counties.
