Derrick Winrow, Sr. oversees critical operations functions, ensuring seamless coordination across IT, Facilities, and the print shop. He leads policies and procedures development, project and budget management, and strategic reporting to drive informed decision-making. In addition, Derrick manages HR policies, performance management, onboarding, and staff training, fostering a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
