Emma Jungwirth is a Senior Legislative Advocate in the Government Finance & Administration policy area. She leads advocacy efforts on a wide range of fiscal and administrative issues – including revenue and taxation, state and local finance, state mandates, artificial intelligence, and more – working to shape legislation, regulations, and policy decisions on behalf of counties.
