Biography
Jennifer Henning serves as the Executive Director of the County Counsels’ Association and Litigation Counsel for the California State Association of Counties (CSAC). In this role, she reviews cases of interest to county government, supervises the CSAC amicus program, and provides general counsel services to CSAC.
