Biography
Jolie Onodera is a Senior Legislative Advocate in the Health and Human Services policy areas. She leads advocacy efforts on a wide range of health and behavioral health services issues – including Medi-Cal, public health, mental health and alcohol/drug programs, public guardian and conservatorship issues, emergency medical services, and more – working to analyze and develop legislation, secure and protect funding on behalf of counties, and continued efforts through the development and implementation phases of large statewide initiatives.
