Julissa Ceja Cardenas is the Legislative Analyst in the Government Finance and Administration policy area. She supports advocacy efforts on a wide range of fiscal and administrative issues – including revenue and taxation, state mandates, open meetings, artificial intelligence, and more – working to analyze policy and fiscal impacts on behalf of counties.
