Kevin Hypse manages the facility’s maintenance and operations, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. His responsibilities include handling repairs, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems. He also supports special projects and events, ensures compliance with Cal/OSHA standards, and manages vendor and tenant relationships.
