Federal Funding Pause and Analysis
On January 27, the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued a memorandum directing a comprehensive analysis of federal financial assistance programs that may be impacted by recent Executive Orders. In addition, federal agencies must temporarily pause all activities related to this federal financial assistance so that this funding can be reviewed. This is an evolving situation with potentially significant impacts to funding that counties utilize to serve communities. Resources will be added to the below list as they become available.

- Lawsuit (January 28) – Filed by a coalition of non-profits to seek a restraining order
- Lawsuit (January 28) – Filed by State Attorneys General in 22 states (including California) and the District of Columbia
