Public Sector Job Opportunities

Overview

Career Opportunities in Local Government

CSAC is now using a new job posting platform that allows you to pay by credit card or request an invoice by sent to you via email. You can find it here. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one from the above link. Once you have an account, you will be able to access the job posting form.

CSAC provides an opportunity for California counties — as well as other local government agencies — to post job openings on our site. New positions are posted on a regular basis.

If You’re Seeking a Position…

For public sector job seekers, the CSAC Website can be an invaluable job-hunting resource. This page allows direct access to job listings posted by public-sector employers. We urge you to check this site often, since new jobs are posted regularly.

View job postings by location or position.

If You’re a Public Sector Employer…

To recruit candidates, please fill out a Job Posting Request Form

If you have not yet created an account with CSAC, please do so through this link. Once you have created an access, you will be able to access the job posting form.

There is a submittal fee for each job opportunity listing. For CSAC members, the cost is $75 per listing; for non-members, $150.

Our new job posting platform allows you to pay by credit or request an invoice to be sent to you via email.

Each opening will run for eight weeks or until the posted application deadline. Please keep your postings to approximately 250 words in length.

Recruitment notices posted on our Jobs Page are also placed free of charge in our weekly CSAC Bulletin that is electronically distributed to more than 5,500 county officials.

If you run into posting difficulties, please contact Pat Vang at pvang@counties.org.

For more information about job posting, contact Jenny Tan, CSAC Senior Manager of Public Affairs & Member Services at jtan@counties.org.
