Biography
Justin Garrett is a Senior Legislative Advocate in the Health and Human Services policy area. He leads advocacy efforts on a wide range of human services issues – including older adults programs, children’s services, homelessness, self-sufficiency programs, and more – working to shape legislation and secure funding on behalf of counties. Justin also serves as CSAC’s Federal Affairs Manager, acting as the primary liaison to the association’s federal advocacy partner.
