The California Department of Housing and Community Development
(HCD) is currently drafting the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan
(AAP) final update to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan).
The survey is designed to gather information from stakeholders
and community members to know how priorities and capacity have
changed in the past year and are anticipated to change in the
upcoming year.
The Annual Action Plan is an annual update of
the 2020-2024
Federal Consolidated Plan. California’s Consolidated
Plan is a five-year plan that examines the housing and community
development needs of Californians and their communities and lays
out how federal funds will be used to address these needs and
improve the quality of life for Californians.
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and will
be available until January 31, 2024.
