The Streamlined Ministerial Approval Process Guidelines were
developed pursuant to
SB 35 (Wiener, 2017) and established terms, conditions, and
procedures for development proponents to submit an application
for a development to a locality that is subject to the
streamlined, ministerial approval process. The guidelines have
been subsequently updated to incorporate new statutory changes
passed by the legislature in 2019 and clarifications to the
existing language.
The public comment period ends on May 18, 2020.
