HCD Announces NOFA and Guidelines for the HIT Allocation of REAP 2.0

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR), Strategic Growth Council (SGC), and the California Air Resources Board (CARB), recently announced the release of the Final Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Guidelines for the Higher Impact Transformative (HIT) Allocation of the Regional Early Action Planning Grant Program of 2021 (REAP 2.0).

The final NOFA, Guidelines, and application documents for the HIT Allocation are available on HCD’s REAP 2.0 webpage.

HCD will host a webinar on Friday. November 18, to discuss program requirements and answer any general questions. Click here to register.

Applications for the HIT Allocation are due by December 31, 2022. Please submit your applications to: REAP2021@hcd.ca.gov.
