New Deadline: Wildfire Resiliency and Recovery Planning Grant Program

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Administration has extended the deadline for application submission for Wildfire Resiliency and Recovery Planning Grants to April 30, 2020 at 5 PM. These grants are intended to help local communities affected by wildfire with recovery and adaptation planning. A total of approximately $720,000 is available for up to 3-5 grants between $150,000 and $250,000. Eligible applicants for these grants include local and regional governments (cities, counties, tribes, and metropolitan planning organizations) representing California areas affected by wildfires between 2017-2019.
