Online Registration Ends Soon: 127th CSAC Annual Meeting

This Friday, November 12 at 11:59 p.m. is the online registration deadline for the 127th CSAC Annual Meeting, Lighthouse of Leadership. In order to provide the best registration experience, we strongly encourage participants to register online by Friday and provide advance vaccination verification. More details on COVID-19 requirements follow.
Every participant – attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff – plays a critical role in mitigating the risk of COVID-19. In addition to complying with Monterey County’s mandatory indoor masking requirements, all CSAC Annual Meeting participants will be required to provide a record of complete COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test result (completed within 72 hours prior to attending). Per the CDC, participants must be two weeks past the date of their final vaccination to be considered fully vaccinated.
It takes less than a minute to submit proof of your complete COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result via the CSAC COVID-19 Pre-Verification Portal, powered by SimpliGov. Verification will also be available in person at the Annual Meeting during initial registration. However, CSAC strongly recommends that participants use the CSAC COVID-19 Pre-Verification Portal to help expedite the process during registration.
In addition, COVID-19 testing will be available on site with the following vendors:
- Rapid Covid Labs - Rapid antigen testing with results in 15 minutes, located in the lobby of the Monterey Conference Center
- Virus Geeks – PCR testing with results in 1-2 days, located in the lobby of the Portola Hotel and Spa
