CCWD is seeking a skilled, motivated, and team oriented Administrative Analyst II for our Engineering Department. This position will be located at our Concord Administration Office. We are looking for someone who is: • Impeccably organized and effectively manages multiple priorities • Committed to continuous growth and improvement • Solutions focused and a creative problem solver • A highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills • Adaptable What you will typically be responsible for: • Gathering, tabulating and analyzing data • Coordinating budget development for Engineering and functioning as the clearing house for all expenditures • Conducting special projects relating to division or department programs • Preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence relating to departmental and interdepartmental operations • Interpreting rules, standards, and procedures • Building and maintaining positive working relationships • Working with project Engineers and Managers to develop construction project cash flow trends and analysis

Qualifications:

Any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be: EDUCATION: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration, economics or a closely related field. EXPERIENCE: Two years of administrative and analytical experience similar to an Administrative Analyst I in Contra Costa Water District.
