Salary:

$100,484.80 – $122,116.80 Annually

Description:

Under general direction, assists in the direction, management, supervision and coordination of activities and operations of the Airport Division within the Public Works Department including the day-to-day human resource management, environmental, safety and administrative aspects of Napa County Airport and County Service Area Number Three (CSA #3) operations; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, programs, departments and outside agencies; provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Airport Manager; and, serves as the Airport Manager in their absence.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Five years of increasingly responsible experience in airport management, commercial property management, administrative and budget management, business management, or a related field within a local government environment, including three years of administrative and supervisory responsibility.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in airport management, business administration, public administration or a related field.

License or Certificate:
Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Accreditation as an Accredited Airport Executive, Certification as an Airport Certified Employee in Operations or Pilot’s License is highly desirable.
