$5,069.13 – $6,101.33 Monthly (Part-Time Salary)

Description:

This recruitment is being conducted to fill one part-time (20 hours per week) Attorney III vacancy in the District Attorney’s Office. An Attorney III is the advanced journey level classification in this job series, will be assigned the more difficult and complex cases. As experience, knowledge, skills and abilities are acquired and utilized, and based on the cases assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, the degree and complexity of assignments an incumbent may be assigned may change both in the number and complexity of assigned cases.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Three years of criminal prosecution experience or one year Attorney II experience in a District Attorney’s Office equivalent to that in Napa County.

Education:
Graduation from an accredited law school.

License or Certificate:
Active membership in the California State Bar Association is required prior to time of hire; and possession of a valid California Driver’s License.
