Description:

The Statewide Automated Welfare System (SAWS) Consortium IV seeks two highly qualified and motivated Business Analysts, one for a short-term assignment in Norwalk, CA, and the other for a long-term assignment in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Working for Regional Government Services (RGS) and assigned to the SAWS Consortium IV, the Business Analyst position works with the counties and the C-IV Project vendor to identify and create System Change Requests (SCRs). Incumbents also assist in the design and testing of SCRs, including updates of training materials for changes made to the C-IV System. Meeting facilitation and travel to the counties may be necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will have any combination of the following:
• Certification in Business Analysis
• BA in business analysis, IT-related field, business administration, or related
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional business analyst or related title.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in using welfare systems at a Lead/Supervisory position or above.
