The successful candidate as Community Development Director will be a confident, amicable, collaborative and team oriented leader, working manager, and coach/mentor who has a sense of humor; understands and supports City Manager engagement; knowledgeable of planning, zoning and permitting; familiar with coastal matters; communicative; and dedicated to professional management and planning.
