The County of Santa Barbara’s County Executive Office is currently accepting applications to fill one (1) full-time vacancy in Santa Barbara. The candidate selected for this vacancy will bring a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and integrity to the team.


1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration or a related field and five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience performing work in areas of administration, organization analysis, and management or related experience. CPA, CIA and/or CFE highly desirable; AND 2. Knowledge of principles of public administration, organizations, and management; federal and State laws, ethical business practices, and methods for ensuring required compliance; AND 3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience performing internal or external auditing procedures, developing risk assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls; AND 4. Possession of California driver’s license at time of hire.
