Salary:

$116,168.00 – $141,190.39 Annually

Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least five (5) years of experience dealing with transactional legal matters involving governmental entities. Candidates experienced with public contracting, real estate transactions, and public works bidding processes, and/or advising California public agencies are strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, plus a Juris Doctorate from an accredited school of law.
Five (5) years of journey-level professional legal experience, preferably in a local government agency such as a county or city government setting.
Possession of an active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
