$7901-$9604 Monthly

Description:

Under direction, to provide a variety of professional legal services to the County* through the County Counsel’s Office; and to do related work as required.

*The individual selected to fill the current vacancy will be assigned to Madera County’s Department of Social Services. Preference may be given to candidates who possess legal experience comparable to a Deputy County Counsel in Child Welfare (including juvenile dependency) and/or Adult Services.

Qualifications:

-Two (2) years of legal experience comparable to that of a Deputy County Counsel I with Madera County.
-Graduation from an accredited school of law.
-Active membership in the State Bar of California.
-Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver’s license.
