Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a committed, innovative leader with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills, along with a positive track record in human resources with specific experience in labor relations. Budget and fiscal management acumen is essential. The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of managing diverse staff in a collegial manner and who creates a supportive work environment for staff. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field is required, along with eight to ten years of progressively responsible management level public sector experience that demonstrates the abilities necessary to operate within a complex and diverse entity, including at least three years of relevant executive level experience.
