Salary:

$108,638- $132,036 – Annual Base Salary

Description:

The Deputy Director—BHS Clinical will be responsible for providing leadership direction on strategic planning and program implementation utilizing a team approach. The position will provide oversight to the Children’s Services division of San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services. The ideal candidate is a visionary, analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented individual with management experience in the area of behavioral health services, preferably in the public sector, with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

Desirable
Experience: 5 years of management experience in public sector health care agency, including at least two years managing behavioral health clinical program services.
Required Qualifications
Either: License: Valid CA licensure as A) LCSW, MFT or LPCC issued by the CA BBS. B) Psychologist issued by CA Board of Psychology. C) Physician issued by Medical Board of CA.
Or: License: Valid licensure as an RN issued by California BRN and currently BRN listing as psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse.
Education: Graduation from an accredited university with a master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing.
AND
License: Valid CA driver’s license.
