Description:

The County of El Dorado invites applications for the position of Deputy Director of Health & Human Services Community Services Division.

Position description: As the Deputy Director, you will provide oversight and leadership in developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards in the Community Services Division.

Qualifications:

Equivalent to graduation from a four (4) year college or university with major coursework in business or public administration, mental health, public health, social work or a related field AND five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in social services, public administration or a field closely related to the area of assignment, including at least three (3) years of managerial experience in a health or social services public agency which included program, budget, and personnel administration experience.
