Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA) is actively recruiting for a Deputy Director of Integrated Services to serve as a key member of the administrative leadership team. This position will plan, organize, and manage the implementation, operation, and administration of Integrated Services for the Health & Human Services Agency, including but not limited to whole-person care services, homelessness and housing efforts, multidisciplinary teams, and criminal justice programs. The Deputy Director of Integrated Services is an at-will employee, reporting to HHSA’s Director. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to help develop and shape service delivery in Tulare County for years to come. The leader would help implement CalAIM across the Agency, as well as help shape homeless programs and services.

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the qualifications listed below by the application deadline: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in social services, public health, behavioral health, health administration, business or public administration, or a closely related field. • Three years of increasingly responsible administrative or managerial experience involving supervision and providing direction and oversight of programs, business practices, policies and procedures, or budget management in a primary, preventive, public health, behavioral health, social services, health care, public administration, or other related industry setting, including one year in a supervisory capacity in one of the above-mentioned settings Desirable Qualifications • Knowledge of laws and funding sources for social, health, behavioral health, criminal justice, and homeless services. • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or other relevant disciplines.
