Salary:

$193,747 – $235,501 Annually

Description:

A talented Department Head who has the ability to swiftly recognize systemic issues, identify opportunities for efficiency through technology, and continue the evolution of the Department is sought. This individual will be tech-savvy and experienced in using and implementing new technologies demonstrated to provide resourcing and development solutions that are faster, more flexible and technology enabled and employ new media and a strong web presence to attract and engage with the future public servants.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, political science or closely related field as well as six years of full-time professional experience or its equivalent in public sector human resources management, at least two years of which must have included significant administrative responsibilities as the head of a major human resources function such as recruitment, classification, benefits, labor relations, or closely related area.
