Placer County is currently accepting applications for Human Resources Analyst – II and Senior Human Resources Analyst. The Disability Management Analyst – II and Senior Disability Management Analyst provide program planning and administration to the Leaves of Absence, Disability Management, and Retirement unit within the Human Resource Department. SALARY Human Resources Analyst – II: $94,889.60 – $118,518.40/year* Senior Human Resources Analyst: $102,814.40 – $128,377.60/year* *New salary effective April 6, 2024.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE Human Resources Analyst – II: Two years of increasingly responsible professional human resources administration experience similar to the duties performed by Placer County’s Human Resources Analyst I. Senior Human Resources Analyst: Two years of responsible professional human resources administration experience performing duties similar to a full journey level Human Resources Analyst II with Placer County. EDUCATION Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business or public administration, human resources administration, behavioral science or a related field
