Description:

For overseeing the Economic and Development Services Department that is responsible for guiding and permitting new development to ensure a high-quality built environment; long-range strategic planning to ensure the City’s vision for growth and development is met; and economic development to meet the needs of the community and enable strong business growth.

Qualifications:

The City seeks a Director who is communicative, empowering, analytical, innovative problem solver, and a relationship builder who demonstrates the ability to lead what is often considered the “quality of life” department. The position requires a combination of education and work experience relevant to performing the tasks carried out by an Economic and Development Services Director.
