Monthly Salary: $4,105 – $4,990

Description:

The Capital Projects Division of the General Services Department is seeking candidates who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all phases of projects relating to the repair and construction of County facilities. This includes feasibility, design, bid/award, construction and closeout phases of projects.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess 60 college units with coursework in civil or structural engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field and have two years of varied civil or structural engineering, architecture, construction management, or related experience at a level comparable to a Senior Engineering Aide in San Joaquin County service which included projects involving repair, renovation, or construction of buildings and related facilities, as well as monitoring or overseeing the work of consultants and construction contractors. Education and experience substitution patterns are available. Valid CDL is also required.
