$67,719.00 – $103,797.00

Description:

Incumbents will be responsible for the review of planning cases and providing appropriate Fire Department corrections/conditions and participates in the Planning and Development review processes. Duties will include performing: plan reviews of building plans for new construction and all types of fire protection systems, a wide variety of inspections including but not limited to new construction, Title 19 regulated occupancies, new and annual business inspections, special events, and fireworks.

Qualifications:

Experience: Two years of experience performing fire safety inspection, building construction inspection, or plans examination; An Associate Degree in Fire Protection or Building Construction Technology may be substituted for one year of the required experience
