Description:

Develop your career in the field of grant management as a Grant Program Coordinator in the Department of Emergency Management. Starting salary up to $30.99/hour ($64,679/year) plus a cash allowance of approximately $600/month*

The Grant Program Coordinator will support the implementation of multiple, Emergency Management-focused grant programs to include grant and contract administration, procurement, accounting entries, and required fiscal and performance reporting. Additionally, this position will assist with organizing and analyzing data related to Emergency Management’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant state and federal grant tracking experience
  • Accounting and finance experience
  • The ability to independently plan, prioritize, and follow through on multiple, simultaneous projects/assignments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to be customer-focused and collaborate with internal and external clients
