Level I – $53,776-$65,366/Annually

Description:

Under general supervision, performs professional analytical work in support of human resources functions and programs such as recruitment and selection, benefit administration, classification and compensation, employee and labor relations, and administration of training programs. May be assigned to a combination of programs and may be rotated among assignments.

The current opening will be located in the Human Resources Department and report to the Director of Human Resources. This position will support the Health and Human Services Department.

Qualifications:

Training and experience equivalent to completion of core course work from an accredited college or university leading to a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or closely related field of study; two years of technical human resources experience, preferably within a public agency; some positions may require at least one year of technical experience in recruitment and selection and/or benefits administration; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
