I: $54,615-$66,674 Annually II: $60,344-$73,668 Annually Sr.: $72,574-$88,598
Under direct or general supervision, performs complex and varied technical, professional, and confidential work required to administer human resources programs, including recruitment and examination, job analysis and classification, compensation, training and development, safety and risk management, equal opportunity and affirmative action compliance, and employee and labor relations; performs research and analysis; provides consulting services to County departments related to all aspects of human resources programs and activities; performs related work as required.
Human Resources Analyst I/II/Sr.: Equivalent to graduation from
an accredited four-year college or university with major
coursework in human resources management, business, public
administration, or a related field.
Human Resources Analyst II: Two (2) years of professional experience personnel and/or human resources, preferably in the public sector, or one (1) year of experience equivalent to Human Resources Analyst I at Tuolumne County.
Senior Human Resources Analyst: Three (3) years of progressively responsible human resources generalist experience, preferably in the public sector, or two (2) years as a Human Resources Analyst II in Tuolumne County.
