Description:

The Human Resources Department seeks an experienced and customer focused information systems professional to join our team! Starting Salary up to $46.76/Hourly ($97,593 Annually) Plus a cash allowance of approximately $600/month* The Human Resources Department is a complex operations environment with a variety of multi-level health benefit plans and multiple union agreements, which support over 4,000 full-time employees, 28 different departments and agencies, and approximately 800 job classifications. The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is critical to our strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Process Improvement and Business Analysis – Evaluating customer requests and recommending solutions; analyzing the system’s technical and functional capabilities and limitations in order to identify needs + • Operational Support – Researching systems issues or process flaws to resolve customer’s technical concerns; working collaboratively with end users, departments, vendors, and the ISD to troubleshoot and resolve system/networking issues; and performing help desk related duties and responsibilities • System Administration and Maintenance – Testing system upgrades or patches; coordinating with the Information Systems Department and end users to support system implementation, upgrades, and rollouts; and performing account administration duties • Reports and Metrics – Analyzing writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries using BI Publisher, Discoverer, or other reporting tools • General Administration and Management - Working closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets organizational needs and objectives
