Salary:

$62,572.64 – $104,129.38 Annually

Description:

The Landscape Plans Examiner I/II will be responsible for plan check and inspections, including the review and approval of construction and/or conceptual landscape plans. The incumbent will utilize Bluebeam software to provide clear and concise comments and corrections on documents as needed, ensure compliance with all applicable, State regulations and County ordinances, prepare and maintain job inspection records, reports, logs and schedules. Competitive candidates will be well-versed in California friendly plant types specific to Riverside WUCLOS zones and have knowledge of irrigation materials and specific products required for the installation of new irrigation systems within residential and commercial applications.
