Human Resources (HR) is interviewing to fill one vacancy on our Employment Services Team, located in the Administrative building in downtown Stockton. Overview of Duties: Personnel Analysts serve as the liaison to assigned departments for all HR related activities. Key areas of responsibility for the recruitment analyst include recruitment, exam development, departmental advising, and participation as a trainer on HR related courses. Key areas of responsibility for the benefits analyst include yearly open enrollment, compliance with benefit-related laws and procedures, conducting seminars, and auditing.
Education: Graduation from an accredited four year college or university, preferably with a major in public or business administration, social science, industrial psychology, or a closely related field. Substitution: Experience performing demonstrated complex para-professional public personnel work, such as classification, recruitment, and/or test development OR administrative/analytical work related to personnel may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
