Human Resources provides centralized, administrative oversight of all activities associated with the County’s human resource programs, which includes Staff Development and Training, Employment Services, Classification and Compensation, Labor Relations, and HR Policy and Compliance.

Qualifications:

Personnel Analyst I: One year of recent experience in technical, professional or administrative personnel work, preferably in a public agency setting. Personnel Analyst II: Two years of professional-level personnel experience which must include as a primary responsibility one or more of the following: classification and compensation studies; recruitment and employment testing; handling grievances; collective bargaining; or conducting personnel investigations. Personnel Analyst III: Three years of professional-level experience as a personnel generalist in a public agency setting performing a broad range of personnel functions. License: Possession of a valid, appropriate California driver’s license issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
