Salary:

$109,990.40 – $138,008.00 Annually

Description:

Principal Data and Research Analysts assist higher level management by leading rigorous data analysis and research to inform decisions related to policies, resource allocations, and operations. Incumbents are privy to highly confidential and sensitive information regarding decision-making processes on operational issues, as well as from individuals who have encounters with County departments in various sectors, including but not limited to criminal justice, medical, environmental, and social services data.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university or a certified foreign studies equivalency; AND, five (5) years of full-time professional level experience performing data analysis and research activities to support program, policy, and/or operational decision-making with at least one (1) year managing projects. OR, Nine (9) years of full-time professional level experience performing data analysis and research activities to support program, policy, and/or operational decision-making with at least one (1) year managing projects.
