Description:

The Placer County Human Resources Department (Learning and Development Division) is currently accepting applications for Training/Organization Development Analyst – II. This position is responsible for applying excellent learning professional best practices to instructional design, eLearning, and key organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and managing employee learning and development programs to increase overall organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the Senior Training and Organizational Development Analyst, this position will exercise independent judgment in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.

Qualifications:

Experience: Two years of responsible analytical experience performing duties similar to a Training and Organizational Development Analyst I in assigned program area with Placer County.

Training: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business or public administration, communications, education or a related field.
