Inmates: Health Care Enrollment
SB 222 (Hernandez) – Support
Introduced February 2, 2017
Senate Bill 222 by Senator Ed Hernandez would extend the suspension of Medi-Cal benefits for incarcerated individuals, regardless of the length of incarceration, who were previously enrolled in Medi-Cal until their release from county jail or state prison.
