CSAC would like to share that the Department of State Hospitals is hosting a Felony Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) webinar on Friday, September 8 from 11:30 am – 12:45 pm. The webinar will focus on the recent changes made to the DSH policy regarding implementation of the Felony Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) Growth Cap and Penalty program (see Department Letter 23-003).
