The Board of State and Community of Corrections (BSCC) Board will
meet via Zoom on Thursday, July 15 at
10 a.m. The agenda
topics include discussion items and the approval of the
notice of intent from counties that plan to operate a Secure
Track Youth Facility per SB 823/92; the appointment and
establishment of the California Violence, Intervention and
Prevention (CalVIP) Chair and Executive Steering Committee (ESC);
the appointment and establishment of the Adult Reentry Grant
Chair and ESC per AB 128; and lastly the approval of funding
recommendations for the Public Defense Pilot Program per SB
129.
