CSAC would like to share that the Board of State and Community
Corrections (BSCC) announced that the 2023-24 Community
Corrections Partnership (CCP) Survey is available for completion
and submission. The 2023-24 CCP Survey is a mechanism to collect
valuable information that will aid the BSCC in the analysis of
this year’s Survey responses and assist in the development of the
Twelfth Annual Report on the Implementation of CCP Plans.
BSCC will use a new online reporting submission process for the
FY 2023-24 CCP Survey and updated CCP Plan. Instructions and
information on how to complete the process are located on the

The
Survey template for Part A- CCP Membership and
Implementation of the County’s CCP Plan narrative
(template may be used to draft the online submission
responses),
CCP Survey, Part B- Allocation of Public Safety
Realignment Dollars (an Excel workbook to be completed and
uploaded into the online portal),
The CCP Survey Data Reporting Guide, and
The link to the BSCC-Submittable online portal.

Read all materials for completion and submittal information. BSCC
asks that individuals completing the narrative sections of the
Survey be mindful of the terminology being used and adopt
person-first language to eliminate potential generalizations,
assumptions, and stereotypes. As a reminder: A completed CCP
Survey package MUST include the CCP Survey (both Parts A & B)
AND the updated 2023 CCP Plan. Documents must be
submitted through the BSCC-Submittable online portal. Link:
