The California Cannabis
Authority (CCA), the CSAC Finance Corporation- sponsored
Joint Power’s Authority, is sponsoring a free webinar for local
governments on Thursday, February 2, 2023 from
10:00- 11:00 am.
The webinar is for County Supervisors and staff that are
currently regulating or interested in regulating cannabis in
their jurisdiction. The webinar will feature nationally
recognized cannabis policy experts, including Andrew Freedman,
Colorado’s first government cannabis czar and experts at Cannabis
Public Policy Consulting. The webinar will focus on effective
