The Council on Criminal Justice and Behavioral Health (CCJBH)
recently released their 20th Annual Legislative
Report.
As required by Penal Code Section 6044 (h) (1), CCJBH must report
the Council’s activities during the preceding year, to include
recommendations for improving the cost-effectiveness of
behavioral health and criminal justice programs.
